On April 10, 1945 a transport carrying Jews left Bergen-Belsen with an intended destination of Theresienstadt. However, due to bombings, the train ended up in the German town called Tröbitz. The original source of the information is from the booklet, Die jüdischen Gedenkstätten, Tröbitz, Wildgrube, Langennaundorf und Schilda im Landkreis Elbe-Elster.
