Early Yorkshire Families

This database is a collection of notes and documents relating to approximately one hundred Yorkshire families who descend from an ancestor living before the death of Henry I (King of England 1100-1135). This work is a great source for individuals performing Yorkshire medieval research. Please view the table of contents page to see a listing of the family surnames that are included in this book. Each family included has a few paragraphs written about it, providing information such as where the family came from and names, dates, and family relationships.
